The South of England (SEAA) Cross Country Championships
Holkham Hall, Norfolk

The unstoppable Alice Keane was out racing again, this time in Norfolk, after her magnificent U17W 1500m bronze medal at the SEAA indoors last Sunday.
She was very pleased with her run and appears to be the second Middlesex County athlete home in U15G which is good news for her Middx Squad selection.
Laurence Mathewman another athlete who likes to train hard and get out and about came home in a respectable 55th place in the U17 mens race.
