There were some  really outstanding performances and UKA Athletics grades
and badges were achieved.
 Young Athletes new to the club braved out their first competition and some
more veteran athletes saved themselves for The London Schools by only
entering one event plus four athletes were injured. Hence lower team points
scored than usual despite a turn out of 25 Young Athletes!

Two club records smashed by ATHLETE OF THE MATCH

12 year old EUCALYPTA BRADLEY( Parliament Hill School )was declared
ATHLETE OF THE MATCH with an outstanding Performance of 8.75m in U 13Girls
shotputt.
This is a new Highgate Harriers U13 Girls club Record and UKA Athletics
Grade one standard. This replaces her previous record of 8.33m achieved at
YAL Horspath Stadium Oxford on 8th May..
In between shotputts she tried out an 800m run for fun in 3.12.0.
Then immediately smashed the club U13 Girls 70m Hurdles record in
12.2seconds a UKA Athletics GRADE 2 standard.
She had previously equalled the club record of 12.6 At Oxford 5 Star on 
22nd May.
She will  receive a special ATHLETE OF THE MATCH T SHIRT!

Oscar Faina achieved another Grade One standard In U13 Boys I 00m Sprint
He and his friend Dion Recica  both of Camden Community School  lead the
field in U13 Sprints
